COSMO Weddings & Events is high-end wedding planning, event production & floral design service founded by Katerina Gataulina.
Katerina started her career in Europe as an event planner in the corporate world. She created events for 10 to 200 000 people. After 2 years working with big companies like Adidas, Reebok, Philipp Morris, and others she launched her weddings & events agency in 2009.
She is also an experienced event professional with large productions such as New York Fashion Week, Kevin Lee Weddings, and Celebrity meet and greets. Inspired by runway shows, fashion, and weddings, Katerina is known for producing some of the most imaginative events filled with luxury.

We'll schedule a meeting (virtually or in person) because our approach begins with really getting to know you and the story you want to tell your guests.
We are looking forward to hearing all details about your dream wedding including your favorite flowers, colors, aesthetics, guest list, budget, and other many details which will help us to bring your vision to life.

We will start with documents, which will be the foundation for our planning process including contract, timeline, budget, visual board, a dream team of photographers, makeup artists, musicians, catering, and more, we’re ready to lead and direct them all during your celebration, from start to finish.
On the day of the wedding, you will be enjoying with guests, and we will take care about everything making sure every detail is executed to perfection.

Katerina is deeply involved with each of her wedding clients, we can only take a limited number of weddings each year.

The Wedding Couple will receive a list of the vendors Cosmo recommends, as well as help with contacting and booking such vendors and obtaining any required certificates of insurance from such vendors: · Wedding Cake & Dessert Buffets Selection · Hair & Make-up Artists · Wedding Cake & Dessert Buffets · Photo & Video Production · Sound & Audio Visual · Security & Staffing · Talent Scouting (Musial bands, entertainment) · Gift Sourcing & Packaging – Create a Floral Design, Decor Vision, Floor Plan, and Inspiration Board. The parties will work together to gather inspiration and make sure the Wedding Couple's vision is achieved – Communication & Payment Management. There will be a structured payment plan that will be communicated to the Wedding Couple – Attend all meetings with other vendors/services providers. One of the Cosmo's representative a will attend all meetings with vendors/service providers – Detailed day of timeline management. Cosmo will develop a structured timeline and layout for the day of the wedding – Day of coordination. All days of logistics will be worked out beforehand so that the Wedding Couple can have a stress-free day – Additional onsite assistants the day of the event – Unlimited email & phone consultations

We will start by creating a mood board. The mood board will establish an overall look and feel for your party, and once you approve this, we can begin the detailed design phase. The concept and design phase concludes with a detailed creative presentation.
Concept & Design
We will provide all the necessary staffing to make sure your event runs smoothly and there are no surprises – at least no unintended surprises! We will also coordinate all of the details of your whole event.
Event Coordination
Today, no one can ignore the importance of social media. We provide a staff who will follow you during the event and take a photo and videos for your social media
Social Media
Based on your event criteria (number of guests, budget, event type – seated dinner, cocktail party, picnic, etc.) We will research suitable venues for you and provide you with pricing and availability.
